Would you like to appear on stage, but have no skill or experience? No Problem!
Ilkeston Theatre Company perform at least two productions a year, which more often than not includes an annual Panto! We have lots of fun and do plenty of singing and dancing (don't worry, we cater for all abilities!).
If you don't want to be on stage, we are always looking for people to help us behind the scenes. No show can go on without help from these vital people and there is always something to do! If you are interested in the technical side, backstage, front of house, publicity, scenery or costume then we want you! Anyone who would like to lend a hand is always welcome.
In order to produce two shows a year, a large amount of of funding is required. We raise money to help fund our shows by doing concerts/performances and carnivals. We have our own stand and usually have games, face painting and other activities. So throughout the year we have a busy schedule.
If all that doesn't tempt you, we are also a very social group and try to do as many different things as we can. This includes camping, theme parties and even go-karting!
